Our solution
We begin with the check most hiring skips entirely. Every person on Manpower Station goes through a police clearance before their profile is activated, collected at thana level and held on file against their record. Not a promise to obtain one later. An actual clearance, done first, because it is the check that changes the risk most and the one hardest for anyone to fake. National ID verification. We match the details against the record so the name and date of birth hold up. Address verification. Both permanent and current address con a form. Reference checking. We telephone the household or office tow the work actually went. Collecting a number and never dialing it is not a reference. Background checking. The work history is reviewed against what was claimed at intake. Five checks in total. No profile goes live until they are complete, and each one appears on the profile with its own status, so you see exactly what has been confirmed.
